1. Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for items beyond this 30-day period.

2. Return Conditions

• Items must be in their original condition: unopened and unused.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, opened flavor cartridges or filter packs are generally not eligible for return unless the product is defective upon arrival.

3. How to Initiate a Return Please contact our customer support team at hestermaxwell34@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product (if the return is due to damage). Our team will process your request within 48 hours.

4. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
